Comment: Being a 6★ Healing Defender, Saria stat is visibly lower than Hoshiguma, with her HP being even lower than a 5★ Liskarm. However, she is still no doubt the best operator within her archetype.

Comment: A strong talent which increases Saria’s heal by 1/4 at E2. However, there are limited stage for Saria to actually utilize this talent to its full potential (100 seconds of charging).
Refreshment (Learn at E2)
When Saria restores an ally’s HP, she also restores 1 extra Skill Point to them.
Comment: One of the rarer talent which charges SP, though it only triggers when a target is healed (max HP doesn’t work). Depending on situation, the talent is best paired with S2 or S3. Another trick is to pair it with Warfarin’s buff (which causes DoT).

Comment: Saria’s potential mainly shines on the reduction of DP Cost and Talent effect up. While it’s not critical to have her in max potential, it’s certainly worth to be if player has the ability to.

Comment: Saria’s strongest skill effect wise, but there are little stage for her to really abuse its usability. Best used with Casters and has one of the best gain during mastery.
Usage Guide
Saria shines best in stages where enemy does not instant kill her within one hit. Instead of hard tanking like Hoshiguma, she is mainly used for her utility in healing and charging SP of her teammates while buying some time with her blocks.
Her utility also frequents her appearance as a Trust-farming carry, playing the role of tank and healer in maps like AP5, S4-1 or PR-A. Skill wise, Saria is commonly seen carrying S2.
As mentioned before, her S3 is best paired with Casters, notably already strong ones like Ifrit and Eyjafjalla. The debuff allows most enemies to perish before even reaching her, which in return, greatly lessens her burden in tanking. An example of her S3 can be seen with the video below:
Conclusion
Saria’s utility makes her a good teammate in most teams, but it is not ideal to expect her to bluntly tank a very hard-hitting enemy. The urgency of her promotion is not too high, and should only be done after player has an optimal functioning team.
For new players, it is better to start off with a cheaper Defender like Cuora first as they will do the job equally well with way lesser resources.
